The sidewalk on Anderson Street over Interstate 4 is closing on January 14 and will remain closed for about four months.
The closure is necessary for ongoing construction work in the area. The pedestrian detour for this sidewalk closure is to use the sidewalks at Boone Avenue and Division Avenue to cross under I-4 at South Street.
When the I-4 Ultimate project is complete, pedestrian access along Anderson Street will be relocated to a newly constructed pedestrian bridge parallel to Anderson Street.
Modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions
