Eastbound Interstate 4 (I-4) between Maitland Boulevard and State Road (S.R.) 436 is closing at midnight on September 10, 11 and 12 and reopening at 5 a.m. to safely demolish the old Wymore Bridge overpass.

Motorists seeking to continue eastbound on I-4 will be diverted onto westbound Maitland Boulevard via Exit 90B and will follow signage to re-enter eastbound I-4 from S.R. 436.

Eastbound I-4 entrance and exit ramps at the Maitland Boulevard and S.R. 436 interchanges also will close at 10 p.m. the nights preceding the interstate closures and reopen at 5 a.m. to accommodate the operation.

Several nights of westbound I-4 closures are scheduled following the conclusion of the eastbound I-4 closures to complete the remainder of the overpass demolition.
