The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is closing the right lane on eastbound Lee Road (State Road 423) under Interstate 4 (I-4) and the westbound I-4 entrance ramp from Lee Road during the weekend of August 16. The continuous closures are scheduled to begin as soon as 10 p.m. on Friday, August 16, and end at 5 a.m. on Monday, August 19.

The closures are necessary to accommodate a shift of the westbound I-4 entrance ramp.

Motorists entering westbound I-4 from Lee Road can travel westbound on Lee Road, turn left onto Edgewater Drive, turn left onto Fairbanks Avenue and follow signs to westbound I-4.

Modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving though the work zone.
