The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is closing two Interstate 4 (I-4) ramps at Lee Road nightly in September.
The westbound exit ramp from I-4 to Lee Road will close nightly between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m. September 24 – 26, and the eastbound I-4 entrance ramp from Lee Road will close nightly between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m. September 25 – 29.
The closures are necessary so that crews can safely conduct drainage inspections.
Drivers exiting westbound I-4 to Lee Road will use Exit 88 to Fairbanks Avenue. Drivers accessing eastbound I-4 from Lee Road will be detoured to Maitland Boulevard (State Road 414).

Work will include the use of work zone lighting, and noise and vibration are anticipated at night during these times.
Modifications or extensions to this schedule may be necessary because of weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving through the work zone.
