The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is shifting the State Road (S.R.) 436 interchange over Interstate 4 (I-4) into its final configuration.

Two westbound S.R. 436 turn lanes onto the westbound I-4 entrance ramp are scheduled to open as soon as 5 a.m. Friday, May 14. Two turn lanes from eastbound S.R. 436 onto the eastbound I-4 entrance ramp will open as early as Tuesday, May 18.

Please view or download this handout for more information about the shift.

In addition to the shifts, motorists should anticipate nightly lane closures from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. through Monday, May 24, so crews can safely conduct road work.

Modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Follow @I4Ultimate on Twitter or visit I4Ultimate.com for updates. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving though the work zone.
