The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is closing the westbound Interstate 4 (I-4) entrance ramp from Gore Street for approximately one month. The continuous closure is scheduled to start as soon as 5 a.m. Wednesday, August 19, and end in September. The closure is necessary to allow crews to build a new entrance ramp.

Motorists traveling westbound on Gore Street will be routed to Orange Blossom Trail (U.S. 441/17-92), and motorists traveling eastbound on Gore Street will be routed to Kaley Avenue to access westbound I-4. Please view or download this handout for more details and specific routes.

Modifications or extensions to this schedule may be necessary because of weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving through the work zone.
